Some orders may be sent in multiple parts, you will receive multiple dispatch emails if your order has been split shipped.

how do i track my order?
By selecting 'My Account' you'll be able to view all your previously processed and active orders.
Your order will take between 3 - 5 working days depending on location and chosen delivery option.
Take note of your Waybill number so that you can track your order.
can I cancel Or change My order?
To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or change it.
what payment methods are available?
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, Amex, American Express, and Diners Club. We also accept Snap Scan and Mobi Cred. All payments need to be made in South African Rands (ZAR).
when will payment be taken from my card?
Orders will be approved or declined immediately. If declined an error message will be displayed and if approved a popup confirmation will be generated as well as an email with the details of your purchase. Please note the funds may take up to 5 days to clear from your account, depending on your bank. If payment went through and you haven't received an email confirmation, please contact us immediately.
can i pay using a credit note from your stores?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit notes for online purchases.
