Please note that no refunds will be permitted on sale items & exchanges on sale items will only be accepted in-store, not online.

RETURNS POLICY

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE?

  1. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM(S)?
    • Complete the Return and Exchanges Form on our website within 7 days of date of delivery.
    • If the item(s) is returnable re-pack them in the original packaging with labels and tags attached.
    • You may return the items as set out using our in-store return or our courier collection option.
    • No courier fee will be charged to you if you choose the option to return via courier.
  2. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE/FAULTY ITEM?
  3. We will gladly exchange or refund a full-priced returnable item based on genuine quality complaints provided that:

    • The item has not been altered in any way;
    • The fault/defect is not as a result of ordinary wear and tear;
    • The fault/defect did not occur as a result of negligence and/or non-compliance with the items care instructions;
    • The item is returned within 6 months from date of purchase; and
    • A valid proof of purchase is presented together with the returned item.
    • You may return the items as set out using our in-store return or our courier collection option
    • Should you wish to return your item(s) via courier, please complete the Return and Exchanges Form on our website within 6 months of date of delivery.
    • Re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
  4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
    • If you have changed your mind about a returnable item, you may return them if it is in a saleable condition with all the tickets and tags attached.
    • Complete the Return and Exchanges Form on our website within 7 days of date of delivery.
    • Re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging with labels and tags attached.
    • You may return the items as set out using our in-store return or our courier collection option.
    You may elect to either:
    RETURN IN STORE:
    • Return the parcel, together with proof of purchase, to any Sissy Boy store, within 7 days of date of delivery, for an in-store exchange or refund. The period to return the parcel for a defective/faulty item is 6 months.
    • Kindly note that we reserve the right to inspect any returned item prior to processing a refund or exchange
    RETURN VIA COURIER:
    • If the item(s) is returnable, complete the Return and Exchanges Form on our website, within 7 days of date of delivery. The period to return the parcel for a defective/faulty item is 6 months.
    • Re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging with labels and tags attached.
    • Kindly note that we reserve the right to inspect any returned item prior to processing a refund or exchange
    • Return Requests shall be subject to a courier fee of R80.00, which is payable via EFT prior to collection of the item(s) or you may request the deduction thereof from the refund due to you.
    • Exchange Requests shall be subject to a courier fee of R160.00, which is payable via EFT prior to collection of the item(s).
    • Defective/faulty items:
    • If the item(s) is confirmed to be defective/faulty, the replacement item(s) will be delivered to you at no additional cost subject to the stock being available.
    • Should you however opt to cancel the transaction, we will process your refund within 7 days’ of receipt of your garments. This option is only available if a defect/fault is detected.
    • If no defect/fault is detected in the returned item(s), a courier fee of R160.00 will be payable via EFT before the item(s) are delivered back to you.
  5. HOW WILL MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND BE PROCESSED?
  6. RETURN IN STORE:

    If the request for a refund is granted after an inspection of an item(s), the refund can either be paid in cash, reversed back to the card used to purchase the item(s) or loaded onto an in-store gift card.

    COLLECTIONS VIA COURIER:

    If the request for a refund is granted after an inspection of an item(s), the refund will be processed, within 7 days thereafter, into the account from which payment was received.

  7. WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY OF ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE OR BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL?
    • Exchanges on sale item(s) are permitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • Exchanges on sale item(s) will only be accepted in-store, not online.
    • To the extent allowed by law, no cash refunds will be afforded on sale items.
    • The exchange of any sale item is subject to availability. Should we have no further stock, we will provide you with an in-store gift card to the value of the item(s) purchased. This gift card can only be used on an in-store purchase
  8. WHAT ITEM(S) ARE NON-RETURNABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
  9. Due to hygiene reasons, we will unfortunately not accept the return of the following items:

    • Bodysuits
    • Bikini bottoms
    • One -piece costumes
    • Face masks
