  • How do I buy online?
    • →  Shopping on our site is really, really easy!
    • →  You can shop using your PC, tablet or your mobile
    • →  Simply create an account or add your items to your bag and complete the registration process at checkout.
    • →  Browse the site by using our drop down menus or by using the search bar to find specific items
    • →  You can then select the colour, size and quantity of the item you would like to order
    • →  When you are ready to place your order you can review the items you have selected by clicking on the “My Bag” icon.
    •        You can then proceed to check out!
    • →  Delivery options and charges will displayed on checkout.
    • →  Once you have entered all you details, you will be redirected to payment page to complete the payment process either by credit card or EFT through PayU.
    • →  An email confirmation will be sent to you containing your order number and the details of your purchase. This means we have received your order and have started processing.

  • How Do I track My Order?

    • →  Remember – your order will take between 3 – 15 working days depending on your area and your chosen delivery method (i.e. Next Day or Standard delivery)

  • May I cancel Or Amend My order?
    • →  Once you have gone through the checkout process you may not cancel or amend your order
  • I have received an incorrect item?
    • →  Should you receive an incorrect item please email info@sissyboyjeans.com as soon as possible and a replacement garment will be sent to you at no additional cost. Alternatively, you can opt to be refunded in full.
    • →  Please notify us via email (info@sissyboyjeans.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order so we may arrange for our couriers to collect the incorrect goods.
    • →  Please fill in the ‘returns form’ included with your order and add the form to your parcel noting ‘Incorrect Item’ as reason for return.
    • →  Alternatively you can return the item to a Sissy Boy store for an exchange or refund. T&C’s apply.
    • →  This applies to South African orders only. If you placed an order for international delivery and received an incorrect / faulty item please contact info@sissyboyjeans.com unfortunately no returns are permitted.
  • I have received a faulty item?
    • →  Should you receive a faulty garment your order will need to be collected for a quality assessment
    • →  Please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order so we may arrange for our couriers to collect info@sissyboyjeans.com
    • →  Please fill in the ‘returns form’ included with your order and add the form to your parcel noting “Faulty Item” as the reason for return.
    • →  Please allow for up to 48 hours for the assessment process to take place from the receipt of the garment in our warehouse.
    • →  If the garment is confirmed as faulty Sissy Boy will cover the costs of the collection and delivery of your replacement garment.
    • →  Should you prefer not to replace the garment a refund will be processed.
    • →  If the garment is found not to be faulty the cost of collection will be deducted from the amount which is to be credited
    • →  Alternatively you can return the item to a Sissy Boy store for an exchange or refund. T&C’s apply.
  • What Payment methods are available?

  • Can I pay using a credit note from your stores?

      The cost of return is at your own expense and will need to be paid up front.

  • How much will my return cost me?

      Free Standard SAPO rates R60.00 – the return cost will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded.

    • NOTE: All Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the order has arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. It is at Sissy Boy’s own discretion to determine whether a refund for delivery may be waivered.
  • How will I be refunded for my return?
      In Store Post Office Courier
      The refund can be reversed back to the card used for purchase, a credit note may be issued or the garment may be exchanged. The refund will be processed on receipt of the garment.     • Please note no cash refunds will be processed for online purchases.
  • What is your Returns/Exchange policy?
    • Sissy Boy will be happy to exchange or refund any product purchased from our online store provided that:

    • →  The garment is in its original saleable conditions with tickets and tags attached
    • →  The return is made within 28 days from the date of purchase
    • →  A valid proof of purchase is available

    • Sissy Boy will be happy to exchange or refund any product based on genuine quality complaints provided that:

    • →  The product has not been altered
    • →  The complaint is not due to negligence or wear and tear
    • →  The product is returned within 6 months from the date of purchase
    • →  A valid proof of purchase can be provided

    • Please note no returns will be facilitated on swimwear or bodysuits where the sanitation sticker has been removed.
  • What is your returns policy for the Sissy Boy Watch Collection?
    • →  Sissy Boy watches have a two year warrantee from the date of purchase
    • →  All watches are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship
    • →  This includes: Movement, hands and dials
    • →  This excludes: Battery, case, glass, strap, bracelet and plating
    • →  Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear is not covered.
  • Can I return swimwear?
    • →  Regrettably no exchanges, returns or refunds will be permitted on bikini bottoms or one piece costumes due to hygienic reasons.
  • Please note our deliveries are currently offered Monday to Friday.
  • No deliveries will be done over weekends and public holidays, with the exception of overnight deliveries on Saturday in the Cape Town area.

  • What are your delivery options?

      Free R60.00 R60.00 – the return cost will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded.
      Please note that your parcel will be sent via an Economy service to your selected store. The package will remain in store for ten days (including weekends) for you to collect. Failure to collect during that period will result in your order being canceled and your parcel being returned. We offer a standard delivery service conveniently to your door, anywhere in South Africa and internationally. Express delivery to your door within 48 hours. This is only available within South Africa.
      You will require your delivery note, your proof of payment and ID or Driver’s License when collecting your parcel. Delivery takes between 3 – 15 working days Delivery takes place within 48 hours if the order was placed before 14h00 Monday – Thursday.
      Please note no second party collections will be allowed. Friday (Cape Town Only): Orders to be placed before 12pm

    • No same day deliveries are available.

    • Sissy Boy reserves the right to amend the delivery costs at any time; all changes will be displayed under the delivery terms on our website.

    • The cost of standard delivery within South Africa is R60.00

    • Please note that the cost of delivery for international orders will depend on the area of delivery and the amount of items ordered. We will show you the cost of delivery before you check out.

    • Please be aware orders placed to outlying areas may attract additional charges and potentially take longer than the predicted time.
  • I am experiencing problems with the delivery of my order?
    • →  Once your order has been placed it will take 3 – 15 working days for delivery to take place. This time allows for your payment to be processed, your stock to be picked and packed before being couriered.
    • →  Should you experience any problems with your order please feel free to contact us during office hours via info@sissyboyjeans.com
    • →  Monday – Thursday: 8am – 5pm
    • →  Friday: 8am – 3pm
  • What happens if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered?
    • →  Should your delivery be unsuccessful we will leave a 'calling card' to let you know that we have attempted delivery.
    • →  The card will give you the details you need to call us and make alternative delivery arrangements.
    • →  We will automatically make two additional delivery attempts. If we are unable to within three attempts and no arrangement has been made the order will be automatically cancelled.
    • →  Please note should your delivery be unsuccessful after three attempts the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Can someone else to sign for my parcel?
    • →  Yes they can.
    • →  Please note should someone other than yourself sign for your parcel you accept that their signature is proof of delivery and responsibility remains with you.
  • How much will delivery cost me?
    • The cost of your order will depend on the area of delivery and the amount of items ordered. We will show you the cost of delivery before you check out

    • Please be aware orders placed to outlying areas may attract additional charges and potentially be delayed. One of our agents will contact you to arrange for alternative delivery options if need be.

  • How will my order get delivered to me?
    • →  We will deliver your parcel via courier to your chosen address, be it at work, home or elsewhere.
    • →  Please note our couriers will notify you once your parcel has reached customs. Once you have made the necessary payments the parcel will be released and delivered to your specified address.
  • How do I track my order?
    • →  Once your order is ready to be shipped and has been despatched, your tracking number will be sent to you via email.
    • →  To track your order, log onto your Sissy Boy profile, select ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Track my parcel’.
    • →  You will be redirected to the courier service website. Enter your waybill number and click ‘Go’.

    • Please note the following:
    • →  Your order will take between 3-15 working days, excluding public holidays and weekends, to get to you depending on your area.
    • →  EFT payments may take longer to process and thus delay your order. Orders will only be shipped once payments reflect.
    • →  Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer than the above predicted time.
  • Do you include any of the import Customs, Duties and/or Taxes for international orders?
    • →  No, we do not include any of the import customs, duties or taxes. Each country is different and the recipient will be responsible for the respective import customs, duties or taxes charged in their country.
  • Can I return merchandise from Sissy Boy?

  • What happens if my garment is faulty?
    • →  Should you experience any manufacturing faults / flaws with your garment, please contact info@sissyboyjeans.com within 24hrs of receiving our parcel and our Consumer Care Team will advise.
  • What happens if there is nobody to receive my order when the Courier delivers to me?
    • →  Should your delivery be unsuccessful the courier company will leave a 'calling card' to let you know that they have attempted delivery.
    • →  The card will give you the details you need to call for the courier to make alternative delivery arrangements.
    • →  The courier service will automatically make two additional delivery attempts. If they are unable to successfully deliver the parcel within three attempts, with no prior arrangement the order will be automatically be cancelled.
    • →  Please note should your delivery be unsuccessful after three attempts (and the parcel returned to us) the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • How can I pay when I shop Online at Sissy Boy?
    • →  You can pay using a credit card or via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
    • →  All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
