  • Some orders may be sent in multiple parts, you will receive multiple dispatch emails if your order has been split shipped.

How Do I track My Order?

  • By selecting 'My Account' you'll be able to view all your previously processed and active orders.
  • Your order will take between 3 - 5 working days depending on location and chosen delivery option.
  • Take note of your Waybill number so that you can track your order.

can I cancel Or change My order?

  • To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or change it.

what payment methods are available?

  • We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, Amex, American Express, and Diners Club. We also accept Snap Scan and Mobi Cred. All payments need to be made in South African Rands (ZAR).

when will payment be taken from my card?

  • Orders will be approved or declined immediately. If declined an error message will be displayed and if approved a popup confirmation will be generated as well as an email with the details of your purchase. Please note the funds may take up to 5 days to clear from your account, depending on your bank. If payment went through and you haven't received an email confirmation, please contact us immediately.

can i pay using a credit note from your stores?

  • Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit notes for online purchases.

are my credit card details safe on your site?

  • Sissy Boy makes use of SID and PAYU,a PCI-DSS compliant vendor to securely process your transaction. Read more about PAYU here: https://www.payu.co.za
  • All credit card transactions take place on a secure page and no credit card details are stored.
  • You information will not be shared or sold to any third parties.

returns & refunds

YOU HAVE 28 DAYS from date of dispatch TO return or exchange an online item.

Please note that our return policy applies to South African orders ONLY. We regret no refunds or exchanges can be made to international orders.

3. Securely attach the printed Returns Form to your parcel making sure to cover the original delivery label.

HOW MUCH WILL MY RETURN COST ME?

Please note that all delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the order has arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. It is at Sissy Boy's own discretion to determine whether a refund for delivery may be waivered.

what should i do if i receive an incorrect item?

We're sorry for letting you down. Please get in touch via info@sissyboyjeans.com and we'll gladly send you your desired garment at no additional cost. Alternatively, you can opt to be refunded in full. There are just a few things to note:
  • Kindly fill in the 'returns form' included with your order and send it back to us with your incorrect item. Remember to note the reason for returning i.e incorrect item.
  • If you prefer, you're welcome to return the item to your nearest Sissy Boy store for an exchange or refund, T&Cs apply of course.
  • Please note that our return policy applies to South African order ONLY. We regret no refunds or exchanges can be made to international orders.

what should i do if i receive a faulty item?

We're sorry for letting you down. Please get in touch via info@sissyboyjeans.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can arrange collection of your item for a quality assessment. Please keep in mind the following:
  • Please fill in the 'returns form' included in your order and send it back to us with your incorrect item. Remember to note the reason for returning i.e "Falty Item".
  • Kindly note the quality assessment can take up to 48 hours from when the garment arrives at our warehouse.
  • Only if the garment is confirmed as faulty will Sissy Boy cover the costs of the collection and delivery of your replacement garment. Should you prefer not to replace the garment a refund will be processed.
  • If the garment is found not to be faulty then the cost of collection will be deducted from the amound which is to be credited.
  • If you prefer, you're welcome to return the item to your nearest Sissy Boy store for an exchange or refund. T&Cs apply of course.

how will i be refunded for my return?

in store:

Your refund can be reversed back to the card used to purchase; a credit card note may be issued; or the garment may be exchanged.

collection:

The refund will be processed on receipt of the garment. Please allow for up to 10 working days for your card to be refunded.

what is your returns/exchange policy?

online returns:

Unfortunately no returns/ exchanges will be facilitated on bodysuits due to hygienic reasons.

We'll gladly exchange or refund a full priced product purchased from our online store provided that:
  • The item is in its original saleable conditions with tickets and tags attached
  • The return is made within 28 days from the date of dispatch
  • A valid proof of purchase is available
  • Fill in the returns form provided in your order, and include it in your parcel.

quality complaints

We'll gladly exchange or refund a full-priced item based on genuine quality complaints provided that:
  • The product has not been altered;
  • The complaint is not due to negligence or wear and tear;
  • The product is returned within 6 months from the date of purchase;
  • A valid proof of purchase can be provided.

can i return swimwear?

  • Regrettably no exchanges, returns or refunds will be permitted on bikini bottoms or one piece costumes due to hygienic reasons.

our returns/exchange policy during sale period?

  • No returns/ exchanges will be facilitated on bodysuits/ bikini bottoms due to hygienic reasons.
  • No cash refunds on sale items are allowed.
  • Exchanges on sale items are permitted within 28 days from the date of dispatch. Should you wish to exchange a sale item and there is no stock left, we will provide you with a gift card to the value of the garment(s).
  • Exchanges on sale items will only be accepted in stores.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY DURING BLACK FRIDAY?

  • Please note that NO refunds or exchanges on Black Friday Sale items will be accepted online.
  • Any exchanges & refund requests will need to be done in a Sissy Boy standalone store. To find the nearest store to you, click here. To qualify, this needs to be done within 28 days of purchase with all labels and packaging intact.

what is your returns policy for the sissy boy watch collection?

  • Our watches have a two year warrantee from the date of purchase.
  • All watches are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • This includes: Movement, hands and dials.
  • This excludes: Battery, case, glass, strap, bracelet and plating.
  • Damage caused by improper handling, Lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear will not be covered.

1. Please note that your parcel will be sent via an Economy service to your selected store. The package will remain in store for ten days (including weekends). For you to collect. Failure to collect during that period will result in your order being canceled and your parcel being returned.
2. You will require your delivery note, your proof of payment and ID or Driver's Licence when collecting your parcel.
3. Please note no second party will be allowed.

  • The cost of delivery for international orders will depend on the area of delivery and the amount of items ordered. This will be shown before you checkout.
  • Be aware that orders placed to outlying areas may attract additional charges and potentially take longer than estimated time.

can i purchase from outside of south africa?

Yes, we currently ship to the following countries:

We will deliver to your address via courier or your closest Sissy Boy store (for SA only).

how will my order get delivered to me?

  • We will deliver your parcel via courier to your chosen address, be it at work, home or elsewhere.
  • Please note for international orders that our couriers will notify you once your parcel has reached customs. Once you have made the necessary payments the parcel will be released and delivered to your specified address.

do you include any of the import customs, duties and/or taxes for international orders?

No, we do not include any of the import customs, duties or taxes. Each country is different and the recipient will be responsible for the respective import customs, duties or taxes charged in their country.

i am experiencing problems with the delivery of my order?

  • Once your order has been placed it will take 3 - 5 working days for delivery to take place. This time allows for your payment to be processed, your stock to be picked and packed before being couriered.
  • Be advised that during SALE periods there can be a slight delay on delivery, taking place between 5- 15 working days.
  • Should you experience any problems with your order please feel free to contact us during office hours via info@sissyboyjeans.com.
  • You can get in touch between Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm or on Fridays between 8am - 3pm.

what happens if i am not at home when my parcel is delivered?

  • Should your deliver be unsuccessful we will leave a 'calling card' to let you know that we have attempted delivery.
  • The card will give you the details you need to call us and make alternative delivery arrangements.
  • We will automatically make two additional delivery attempts. If after the third attempt we're still unsuccessful then the order will automatically be cancelled and the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

can someone else sign for my parcel?

Yes, they can but please note should someone other that yourself sign for your parcel you accept that their signature is proof of delivery and the responsibility lies with you.

do you offer different leg lengths in your denim range?

Yes we do! We pride ourself in finding your perfect denim fit, so we offer a range of lengths and styles:
  • Our skinny's are offered in a standard length of 32
  • Our bootleg's and skinny flares are offered in a standard length of 33
  • We offer selected bootleg and skinny's in an extra length of 35.
  • Our Ankle Grazer styles are also available in 28 depending on the style.

do you offer different rises in your denim range?

Yes we do! We have a rise to suit each body type. Our rises are called Ryder, Axel and Jon Jon.
  • High Waist: Ryder
  • Mid Waist: Axel
  • Low Waist: Jon Jon
